Plan One’s first LEED project was the Greybull Elementary School in Greybull, WY. This became the first Wyoming LEED school when it was certified by USGBC in June 2009. Our firm’s next major green project was the 25,000 SF Driggs Community Center in Driggs, ID. A phased renovation, this multi-tenant municipal center became certified in September 2009. We have been commissioned to develop the conceptual design of a 35,000 SF Natural History Museum of Western Wyoming in Alpine, WY to assist the owner in attracting funding to the project; and slated for completion in the fall of 2009, our Pearl at Jackson Planned Mixed-Use Development in Jackson, WY is expected to attain LEED Silver certification. The North Cache Refuge, another mixed-use development project in Jackson, WY is designed to attain a minimum LEED Gold certification. Other green projects are currently in design.
