This new three-story mixed-use building contains non-residential space on the ground floor, and residential uses on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Three employee housing units are provided on the ground floor, and two affordable housing units on the 2nd floor. Below-grade parking is also included. The project is planned to attain a minimum LEED Silver certification level from the US Green Building Council.
